Refunds and Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, firstly we are very sorry to hear so. We pride ourselves on offering quality, well represented and described products and if the purchase did not meet your expectation, we apologize and would love your feedback.

If you would like to return your item for a refund, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

It is in the a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received. ie, not warn, washed and has no damage)
Please ensure it is within 14 days from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
It was purchased from this website (www.tentoes.co.za).
We have been notified in writing of the return beforehand.

If you would like to return your purchase, please follow the below simple steps.

Please place your item in the original packaging and seal he box/package for collection by the courier.
Please email us at hello@tentoes.co.za with your order number to arrange your return.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the item/s at a time suitable to you.
Please note a R150.00 handling fee will apply to all returns.
Once we have received the product/s, we will review and will refund your purchase.
