Availability

All products listed on this website (whether imported or sourced locally) are already in South Africa and warehoused at our facility in Johannesburg.

If a product is out of stock, it will say so on the website.

Shipping Fees

Please note while some products are imported, the import duties and taxes have already been included in the price of the listed item. There are no hidden costs when placing an order with us. The price you see is what you will pay and any delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Timelines

All orders are shipped directly from our Johannesburg warehouse to you, the customer via a third party courier company.

​

You will receive updates from the courier with tracking information as soon as your order has been process and dispatched.

​

Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, please select this option.

​

Usually orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. 

Orders withing Johannesburg will be delivered in 1-3 business days.

Orders in other main cities will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Orders to outlying or rural areas may take longer.

Please Note: Shipping times are only estimates. Please take into account courier operating days, public holidays, delivery parameters and the remoteness of your location.

Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel collect facilities.
